§1. Definitions

1. Rondin.eu – online store run by Wioletta Taratuta, conducting business activity under the name of Wioletta Bronisława Taratuta, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Podwale 74/17, NIP 75518 58 337, tel. +48 572 512 718, e-mail hello@rondin.eu
2. Online Store – store operated by Rondin.eu in online form, available at www.rondin.eu .
3. Buyer – the person who purchases a gift card.
4. User – the person using the gift card, regardless of whether it is the Buyer or another person authorised to use the card.
5. Gift Card – a unique purchase code, sent exclusively electronically to the specified e-mail address, which can be used to purchase products in the Online Store or Stationary Stores.
6. Product – any product available for purchase in the Rondin.eu online store.

§2. Rules for using the gift card

1. Gift cards are available in denominations: 1800, 2200, 2500, 2700, 3000 PLN.
2. The Gift Card can only be purchased in the Online Store.
3. After making the purchase and confirming payment, the Gift Card will be automatically sent to the Buyer's email address.
4. The Gift Card can be used in whole or in part to purchase any products in the Online Store.
5. To use the Gift Card in the Online Store, the User must enter a unique purchase code during the ordering process.
6. The gift card can be used once only. Unused funds cannot be transferred to future purchases.
7. If the value of the purchases exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the User must pay the difference using another form of payment available in the given Store.
8. If the value of the purchased products is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
9. Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to return or complaint in accordance with applicable regulations. The refund is made to a new Gift Card in the value corresponding to the purchased products.
10. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the card expires and any unused funds are forfeited.
11. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for the Gift Card within 14 days of purchase, unless he or she has previously agreed to immediate redemption of the card.
13. To use multiple Gift Cards in one transaction, please contact the Rondin.eu Online Store support team.
14. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or in conjunction with other promotions.
15. Rondin.eu is not responsible for the loss or loss of the Gift Card. In such a case, the Buyer should immediately contact the store's customer service at hello@rondin.eu.

§3. Final provisions

1. The purchase of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Rondin.eu Online Store.
2. The administrator of personal data is Wioletta Taratuta, conducting business activity under the name of Wioletta Bronisława Taratuta, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Podwale 74/17, NIP 75518 58 337, tel. +48 572 512 718, e-mail hello@rondin.eu , which processes data in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website www.rondin.eu .
3. These Regulations are effective from the moment of their publication on the website www.rondin.eu .
