This Privacy Policy describes how Rondin (the “Site” and any variation of the personal pronoun “we”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit the Site or use our services from the Site or make a purchase at rondin.eu (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us in connection with the Site (collectively, the “Services”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” means a user of the Services, whether a customer, website visitor or other individual whose information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy.

The controller of personal data within the website www.rondin.eu, within the meaning of art. 4 point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), is Wioletta Taratuta, conducting business activity under the name Wioletta Bronisława Taratuta, NIP 7551858337, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul.   2. In accordance with Article 32 paragraph 1 of the GDPR, the Administrator complies with the principle of personal data protection and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access to personal data processed in connection with the conducted business activity.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. In such cases, Shopify will process your information as described in its Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for these data processing activities is our legitimate interest in selling you our products, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Children's data

The Services are not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we have no actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined under applicable law) personal information about anyone under the age of 16.

Foreign users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside of your country of residence. Your personal information is also processed by employees and third party service providers and partners in those countries.

Where we transfer your personal information outside of Europe, we will rely on recognised data transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or any equivalent documents adopted by a competent authority in the United Kingdom, unless the data is transferred to a country that has been recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
