Online store regulations

Hi

Rondin is a brand created by designers Wioletta Taratuta and Iwo Rzepiel. Our philosophy is UPCYCLING, where we handcraft each lamp from old glass, which often shows signs of wear. It may be slightly chipped or scratched, but we believe these marks add character and history to the lamps.

Photos and other visual presentations of light objects on the store's website are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the actual size and color of the product.

Thank you for your interest in our brand. We will strive to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

The following guidelines establish the rules for making purchases in the online store at rondin.eu

The store administrator, seller, and service provider is Wioletta Taratuta, conducting business under the name Wioletta Bronisława Taratuta, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Józefa Pankiewicza 26, NIP 75518 58 337, who has the exclusive right to operate this store. The provisions of these guidelines apply to both the Seller and all Customers who make purchases and purchase products from the rondin.eu online store.

The warranty covers defects in the Product that make the Product inconsistent with the contract, with the exception of features such as:

    • Product Colors. Many of our lamps are made of brass or steel; subtle variations in the metal's color are a result of natural evolution, giving them a unique character.
    • Mechanical damage, natural wear and tear and damage resulting from improper use of the Product.

If a defect is discovered within one year of delivery of the Product, it is assumed that the defect or its cause existed at the time of purchase. If the defect becomes apparent later, proof that it existed at the time of purchase is required.
